The Chemical Industry Zhonghao Chenguang Research Institute’s suspension resin QC group and its Fluorination Plant No 3’s monomer QC group were joint recipients, recently, along with Guilin Rubber Machinery’s Gladness QC group, of the nation’s 2012 top quality control group award. The award is given by the China Quality Management Association, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, All-China Women's Federation, and China Association for Science and Technology.
The Suspension resin QC group decided to tackle the problem of increasing the pass rate of organic fluorine products, and was able to bring the pass rate up 10.3 percent, to 95.9 percent, higher than ever before, and a boon to the company’s profits, which amounted to 5.8 million yuan.
Meanwhile, the Fluorination Plant 3 monomer QC group dealt with the matter of increasing the pass rate of F22 cracking moisture content, so that its dehydration and drying system are more stable now and the drying equipment is running well.
At about the same time, the Guilin Rubber Machinery Gladness QC team occupied themselves with improving the pass rate of the 1700 hydraulic tire vulcanizing disc grinding machine. The team members came up with a new type of grinder to replace the old inherent magnetic clamping equipment, which helped the disc grinding meet specifications and saved the company about 150,000 yuan.
